Return Policy

RETURNS

Items eligible for return must be in new condition and enclosed in their original packaging. All accompanying tags, liners, and additional elements must remain fully intact.

If you wish to return your item(s), you may submit a return request for store credit within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please log into your account and submit a request under the order tab. Once your return is received, it may take up to 3 business days to process and issue your store credit. Please note that the cost of the shipping label and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, simply log into your account, return your item for store credit, and then use the store credit to place a new order.

CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as orders are promptly processed to ensure quick delivery. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All sales of made-to-order items are final. To assist you in selecting the perfect fit, each made-to-order item comes with its own highly accurate size chart. Please take the time to measure yourself and refer to this chart to ensure you make the right size choice. If your made-to-order item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with our customer service at vinyl.apparel.shop@gmail.com so we can swiftly resolve the issue.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please get in touch with our customer service team at vinyl.apparel.shop@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Items that are not completely unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
  • Made-to-order products
  • Items marked final sale
  • Custom products
  • All face masks, intimates & undergarments for hygienic reasons.
